After her studies at Parsons School of Design in Manhattan, New York and twelve years in the fashion industry, Niko decided to put her fashion brand on hold and set off for new horizons. While successfully designing and selling her collections to wholesalers, building up her tailormade department and private atelier made it possible for her to focus on her clients. The close interaction with people on a daily one on one basis made her develop a distinct sense for personalities, being able to see every facet of a human being. This ability is something that Niko was raised with, as her father Herbert Fechter has an eye for outstanding personalities, scouted national talents and promoted international artists and stars over decades. From now on, Niko will lead his company Fechter Management into future, with renewed structures and a brand-new image consultancy department. That’s what led her to what the initial plan was all along – being an image consultant, accessible to everyone and ready to optimize and make the most of every client. Apart from following her vocation as an image consultant, Niko holds a C.O.O. position in her brother’s company “Masters of Merch” and is a mum of three boys.
